We’re pretty upfront about our products and services, and will not surprise you with any hidden fees or costs. We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.
Customized Item Return Policy
In Customized Item We only fix the issues. We didn’t Return and refund items. If you feel any issue in our product we only fix that. If sizes are same and you customize color also that product is customizable.
We are offering customize furniture to our customer according to their will. So, According to LP Furnishing there is NO REFUND AND RETURN on any type of furniture products.
Purchases That are Not Refundable
- Assembled / disassembled items
- Open sofas, beds, installed MDF items/furniture
- Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops)
- Any mattress or stuffed and upholstered products without a law label
- Made-to-measure items (i.e. custom and on-demand manufactured items)
- Products that have been modified, altered or washed
Mode of Cancellation:
Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing of any order (online or by sales agent). Afterward, there will be a deduction of bank charges (depending on the amount). And there is no cash back on the customized orders.
